Great location. Plenty of parking. Staff was kind, but there was some kind of system failure the night before that threw things off. I wasn't offered any Hilton Honors snacks. Room was spacious and clean, however duvet was stained. Bathroom fixtures needed tending too. Overall comfortable night. Easy highway access. Plenty of near by food spots.
I'm rating this hotel this way for my experience using it for business stays. I've stayed here several times for 3 to 5 days each. Right off the top, this place is either new or has been updated recently. The whole place is in nice condition and the fixtures and finishes in the rooms look and feel clean and new. The rooms are always clean and as I expect when I arrive. They staff is great. The breakfast is consistent and always sits well with me. Really, for a free breakfast it's pretty great. Coffee is available in the lobby basically around the clock. The atmosphere and mood in the lobby and public spaces is always peaceful. I have no complaints. The only thing I would mention is that there IS a highway next to it, but that doesn't bother me a bit. If you enjoy a little background noise to sleep, it's really the perfect volume. There's plenty of choices in this area, and I continue to choose this place over and over because it's a safe bet.
Front desk gentleman was super nice. Very friendly lobby hallways extremely clean room huge very clean definitely a great hotel to stay at.
What I loved about this hotel was that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was spacious and clean. There was the inconvenience of having no water from 11am to 5 pm during one day of our stay and the next day, no hot water for a few hours. Because of this, we had to leave the room during that time. That wasn’t cool, but the kindness and professionalism of James and Caraway really eased the discomfort somewhat. They were understanding and did their best to accommodate. It was because of them that we decided to extend our stay at that hotel instead of moving to another one. At least we knew who we were working with instead of risking moving to a different hotel. They made our stay a positive memory in spite of the inconveniences.
The hotel staff were so kind and went above and beyond to assist me in a serious moment of need. I am so grateful that of all the hotels we could have ended up in, this was the one we chose. Exceptional job!
I had a great time at the Hampton Inn and suites. I will always prefer Hilton hotels when I’m traveling, because they are clean and friendly. They have a great way of welcoming people into the hotel, your room and even when leaving, they provide a nice care package . The trip was business but with the pool and jacuzzi, it was also like vacation. Thanks James, keep up the good work.
I had a decent experience at hotel. We requested a baby crib and were provided one. The room looked like was an accessible room and was very spacious but the only problem was that the air conditioning was not sufficient for such a large room. The iron was not working when we got in and they replaced it within 5 mins of calling so that was pretty good service there. The breakfast was decent. It has a nice seating area. The pool water was kinda filthy and didn’t feel like entering and the fitness center had 1 treadmill out of 2 not working. The water filling station was also out of service in the fitness center. They do have a good range of dumbbells and a single workout bench. The African American lady who checked us in at was very friendly and helpful and so was the night manager guy- didn’t get their names but both were awesome! Hilton made checkout very easy so no complaints there. Adding some photos as others are already available online.
I just wanted to share my delightful experience at your hotel. From the moment I checked in, Caraway was absolutely fantastic. They greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself was spotless, wonderfully quiet, and overall very nice. I truly appreciated the good breakfast and the excellent service. Thanks
